The house offers one double and two twin bedrooms on the first floor together with a large family size bathroom comprising bath with shower over, basin, wc and bidet. There is also a second wc on the first floor and a shower room with wc on the ground floor. All guest bedrooms (two with air-conditioning) have uninterrupted views over rolling countryside to the Sibillini Mountains.
A huge living room with casual seating for 6 features a wood burning stove and a dining area to provide a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying family meals in a traditional setting. The well fitted kitchen has plenty of working space and equipment together with a large breakfast table. There is a separate utility room. Guests are welcome to use almost any part of the grounds for relaxation and enjoyment. There is an ample choice of garden furniture. You can dine or simply watch the world go by on the lawn, one of the ground floor paved terraces or sit on a large first floor shaded balcony complete with its own table, chairs and sun loungers.
In summer months a 20 ft Intex overground pool is available subject to prior arrangement. |
